Rönnens vård- och omsorgsboende is a residential facility located centrally in Örnsköldsvik. The facility has 5 residential units with a total of 48 apartments. We are looking for you, a committed nursing assistant, to join our night shift team. The position is a permanent night shift employment at 67.97% full-time equivalent. Welcome to apply! Job Responsibilities As a team member, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our residents. We work with a health-promoting approach with the goal of strengthening each individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone living with us has the opportunity to live life to the fullest. Job responsibilities include personal care, contact person duties, and social and physical activities with our residents. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant. We would appreciate it if you have further education in elderly care and/or dementia, or have training focused on psychiatry. Experience working in health and social care is a merit. It is important that you enjoy and feel comfortable working with people, and that you are flexible and responsive to new ideas and ways of working. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You should be fluent in Swedish (spoken, written, and reading comprehension) as there is contact with tenants, relatives, documentation, and reading of information related to work.
