Our unit is part of the Intensive and Perioperative Care (IPV) division, which is responsible for anesthesia and operating room nursing at Skåne University Hospital in Malmö. The pre- and postoperative units at ORK and OKK have office hours Monday-Friday. The departments included in the pre- and postoperative unit are surgery, orthopedics, gynecological surgery, and reconstructive surgery. We want you to thrive, develop, and stay with us. JOB DUTIES In our unit, we work to provide patients with the best possible care before and after surgery. As a nursing assistant in our pre- and postoperative unit, you will work with patients, both adults and children, within many different specialties. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are educated as a nursing assistant and meet the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for a protected professional title regardless of whether you studied according to the previous or current program structure. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written. If you also have experience in pre- and postoperative care and/or acute care nursing, this is a merit for the position. It is also a merit if you have specialist training in anesthesia, operating room nursing, intensive care, or other relevant specialization for this position.
