About the role of nursing assistant As a nursing assistant, you work in a team-based approach to provide good, person-centered care through an individualized work approach based on the residents' perspectives. The positions are offered with varying employment levels (82-90%) and include day and evening shifts, with weekend shifts also occurring. We apply a 6-month probationary period. Start date and salary by agreement. About the elderly care home Poesin Poesin is situated peacefully and beautifully in Nacka. The facility offers 60 apartments distributed over three floors and has been named Poesin with a connection to literature, as we highly value culture. You can reach it by bus from Orminge Centrum toward Hasseludden. If you come by car, free employee parking is available. Within elderly care, we have a unique organization for healthcare services.
