We are now recruiting a nursing assistant for our Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) clinic and hope that you will become part of our team. The ENT clinic is part of the Specialized Surgery business area. The business area currently operates in Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg, and Kristianstad. Our business area includes ear, nose, and throat surgery, jaw surgery, plastic surgery, and hand surgery. At our clinic, we treat both children and adults and have a large flow of patients related to scheduled outpatient and surgical activities covering all highly specialized ENT surgery. We also have our own emergency clinic where we receive patients during daytime hours with various acute conditions such as trauma, bleeding, infections, and more. As a nursing assistant, you will work at the clinic and be part of a team where your primary duties are to provide service and assistance at our specialist medical clinic. Other tasks that may be part of your role include assisting with examinations such as airflow measurements and blood draws. You will also assist with surgical procedures performed under local anesthesia. Furthermore, you will work with patient care consisting of both children and adults at our emergency clinic. As a nursing assistant, you will collaborate with both nurses and physicians. At the clinic, we welcome initiative and professional development. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and meet the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for protected professional title regardless of whether you studied according to previous or current program structures. Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are a requirement. We prefer that you have work experience as a nursing assistant. For this position, it is advantageous to have previous experience with outpatient work, blood draws, and if you have experience assisting with examinations/operations.
