ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a dedicated nursing assistant for Öregården and Örträsk home care.
We work with people who need support, care, and assistance at Öregården elderly residence and in Örträsk home care. Our work is to make a difference for both those living in our elderly residence and in the individual's home, so that their quality of life is as good as possible.
Your work tasks are to carry out care and nursing services at our elderly residence and in the individual's home. This means helping people with personal hygiene, light meal preparation, serving food, cleaning, laundry, activities, outdoor time, and more. Your work tasks also include taking responsibility for various areas and performing documentation via computer. The work involves day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Within Support, Care and Assistance, we work to make full-time work the norm. We are primarily seeking someone who is trained as a nursing assistant or has other education or experience that the employer deems equivalent. For us, it is important that you have empathetic ability and are responsive to the individual's needs. You are in daily contact with many people such as service users, relatives, and staff, which requires good treatment and good collaboration skills, while you need to be able to work independently. Working with people means an exciting and changing daily life, and therefore we are looking for someone who has the ability to adapt to work and prioritize according to current conditions. For the position, a Class B driver's license is required as our home care area is large and you need to be able to travel by car.
