Lavendelgården at Tallåsen is a care unit that also has apartments for respite care. Tallåsen is centrally located in Stenungsund, approximately 200 meters from Stenungsund Station and approximately 700 meters from Stenungstorg shopping center. We are a 24/7 operation run by a driven and competent team consisting of nursing assistants, care attendants, nurses, rehabilitation staff, administrators, service personnel, and unit managers. JOB DUTIES We are looking for three experienced colleagues who are nursing assistants! As a nursing assistant you are an important part of the work to create a meaningful everyday life for the individual, where you look after each resident's individual needs and circumstances. The goal is for each resident to live a dignified life and feel well-being. The working method should lead to good and safe care where the person through influence and participation achieves meaning, comprehension, and manageability in their life situation. You will work based on Contact Management and implementation plans and have close cooperation with other professional categories such as rehabilitation staff, nurses, and doctors. The work includes documentation and delegated health and medical care tasks. Your working hours will be on day, evening, and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Have the ability to meet people in a professional way and be attentive to the residents' needs. • Have nursing assistant training and experience in care work. • Are calm and have a clear resident focus. • Adapt easily to changed circumstances and new information. • Are skilled at motivating residents in order to preserve abilities and independence. • Laugh, contribute to a good atmosphere in the work group, and contribute to positive development for the operation. • Are innovative and dare to try new things. • Share your knowledge with other colleagues. • Are familiar with current legislation and know the national guidelines for care and services. • Can express yourself in both speech and writing as documentation is an important part of our work.
