We are now seeking an engaged and experienced nursing assistant for our staffing team. As an employee, you will work across all OF activities, which include personal assistance, residential care, and day activities. With us, you will meet people with different functional variations and varying needs for support, services, and care. Your work may range from everyday support to more advanced medical and care interventions. Work tasks vary depending on the activity and the user's needs and may include: · Personal care and support with daily living · Health and medical care tasks based on delegation · Working with individuals with comprehensive or more advanced medical and care needs · Meeting people with challenging or acting-out behavior through a safe and professional approach · Working according to the user's individual needs and implementation plan · Documentation and reporting · Collaboration with colleagues and other professionals · Quickly adapting to new working methods and routines when working in different activities QUALIFICATIONS It is a requirement that you: • Are a trained nursing assistant. • Have experience with more advanced medical and care work. • Have experience with and knowledge of managing acting-out behavior and challenging situations. • Are secure, stable, and professional in your interactions. • Have a low-affect and respectful approach. • Are flexible and adapt easily to different activities and work groups. • Can work independently while also being a team player. • Take responsibility and have the ability to prioritize when needed. • Have good communication skills and understand the importance of clear reporting and documentation. It is advantageous if you have experience with LSS, delegated health and medical services, and low-affect approaches.
