Nursing Assistants for Alert Response Teams – Home Care Uppsala Forenede Care operates several home care units in Uppsala as well as night patrol and on-call services. Uppsala Municipality has decided to transition from LOV to LOU, and as part of this process, a quality procurement was conducted which Forenede Care won. As part of this development, we are now launching alert response teams – an important initiative to strengthen safety and security for our service users. With us, you work in an organization with short decision-making paths and close management, which creates good conditions to act quickly and adapt work according to both the needs of our service users and employees. About the Role The alert response team has a central function and is responsible for responding to alerts that come in from the security on-call service. The interventions are varied and require: Ability to make quick and independent decisions Confidence in your professional role Flexibility and initiative We work with person-centered care, where the individual is always in focus. Teamwork is one of our greatest strengths – you work closely with colleagues, nurses, rehabilitation staff, unit managers, and planners. Together we develop the organization and create security for our service users. Each alert response team consists of two people. Two alert response teams are on duty daily between 07:00–22:00 (distributed day/evening) Who Are You? We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and thrive in an independent and varied role. We would like to see that you: Have experience working in home care Are confident in making assessments and prioritizing in different situations Have a good approach and high service awareness Have good collaboration skills and take responsibility in your work Requirements: Category B Driver's License Trained Nursing Assistant About the Position Permanent employment with 6-month trial period Employment degree: 80-95% Start date: by agreement Job Responsibilities Respond to alerts from the security on-call service Make quick assessments and carry out care interventions Document according to current procedures Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals What Do We Offer?
