We are now looking for a responsible nursing assistant for the Night Patrol, which is an organization under ordinary housing within the elderly and care administration. We operate from the Security Central facilities located at Mariestad Hospital. The position is a longer-term temporary assignment of 10 months with the possibility of extension.

JOB DUTIES
In the night patrol, we are nine colleagues working during shifts, distributed across five vehicles. We usually work in pairs, though some solo work does occur. The night patrol covers the entire municipality.
Main duties consist of:
• Making predetermined supervision visits to users living in ordinary housing.
• Personal care
• Delegated healthcare tasks
• Responding to alarms received at the Security Central
• Documentation and verbal reporting
The work involves close collaboration with your colleagues in the night patrol, the security central's alarm operators, and the night nurses. Your working hours are between 21:15–07:15.
The position we are filling is a full-time temporary assignment of 10 months starting November 1. There is a possibility of extension.
QUALIFICATIONS
To be a candidate for a position with us, we require that you are a trained nursing assistant. You have work experience from home care and possess good and versatile care knowledge.
The work requires that you can adapt your approach and way of working to each individual. You also need to be able to respond quickly if something urgent occurs. As a person, you are attentive, positive, and confident in meeting with the individual.
You should be engaged, responsible, and take initiative, and have a positive attitude toward your work. Together with your colleague, you make night work both enjoyable and meaningful for both care users and colleagues!
Since ongoing documentation is important, we see that you have high digital proficiency and master the Swedish language in speech and writing.
A B-class driver's license is required for the position.
