We are now seeking a nursing assistant for night shift at 70%. This position requires you to have the courage to make decisions in tough situations and the ability to communicate effectively. You will handle long distances and winter driving at night and you will be part of a strong team where good collaboration skills are essential. If you enjoy working in a team, have experience handling challenging working conditions and are stress-resilient - then this could be the right position for you. This is a temporary position with the possibility of a permanent contract. Start date September 1, 2026 or by agreement. Duties - Ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently during the night; both at SÄBO and in home care services. - Communicate with colleagues and managers as needed. - Maintain safety and quality in the workplace. - Work closely with a team with strong knowledge in healthcare and elderly care. Work hours are 21:00-07:00. Qualifications Requirements: - Trained nursing assistant. - Class B driver's license. To work in care of the elderly and adults with disabilities, a criminal record check is required. Meritorious: - Experience with night work or on-call duty. - Experience with winter driving. - Flexibility and ability to work at inconvenient times.
