Our clinic is located on the hospital grounds in close proximity to the emergency department in Ystad. At the evening and weekend clinic, we assess and treat patients at the primary care level where care cannot wait until the next weekday. We have the mandate to meet residents' needs for acute unplanned primary care on evenings and weekends. High medical quality, continuity, high accessibility, and patient safety are our focus, and we always put the patient's best interests at the center. From April 1, 2025, we are part of the new department Close Care and Health. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES In your role as a nursing assistant with us, you work with standard duties at a clinic. It also includes restocking and maintaining order at the clinic and in the examination rooms. As a nursing assistant with us, you have an important role in the team where you contribute to good teamwork and community, as well as a cohesive function for our patients. Work time outside opening hours is also included, where you are expected to work on improving and developing the clinic together with your colleagues and manager. We are keen to utilize your competence, so you will also have the opportunity for other tasks based on your interests. When you start with us, you will receive an introduction tailored to your experience so you can enter the operations in a good way. Working hours are during daytime, evenings, and weekends where opening hours are evenings and weekends. The degree of employment is not necessarily 100% but can be arranged as part-time upon request. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant, preferably with a focus on healthcare/acute care, and meet the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for a protected professional title regardless of whether you studied according to previous or current program structure. Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are a requirement. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of the PMO journal system. If you have experience working in primary care or other clinic operations, as well as experience with blood sampling, we see that as meritorious. With high commitment and sense of responsibility, you see opportunities rather than obstacles and can quickly adapt when conditions change. You need to be organized, thorough, and confident in your professional role with the ability to work independently. In addition, you have good collaboration skills as well as a well-developed sense of service and good communication with both patients and colleagues.
