JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant, your responsibilities include planning and providing care work based on our residents' needs. Our residents' needs are always at the center, and we work with a rehabilitative approach. This means that those living with us receive assistance in maintaining their abilities as much as possible. In daily work, you provide residents with social engagement in their everyday lives. The work also includes delegated healthcare tasks and documentation according to the Social Services Act. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are/have: • educated nursing assistant • experience working in elderly care • good ability to use IT/computers as a tool in your work • good ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing in Swedish. It is a merit if you have experience working in dementia care. As a person, we are looking for you who has a genuine interest in working in elderly care.
