You are responsible for carrying out approved care and service interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL), as well as health and medical care services according to the Health and Medical Care Act (HSL). Together with your colleagues, you work to give each individual the best possible support – always with respect for their unique needs and wishes. Working in home care is varied and rewarding work. The work duties include, among other things: • Personal care and support in daily life • Medication administration and delegated health and medical care services by licensed personnel • Documentation • Service tasks such as cleaning • Social activation and meaningful activities You also become an important part of the organization's development, where you work together with colleagues and management on quality, improvements and skills development. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant or have another education that the employer finds equivalent, preferably with experience from similar work tasks. We see that you take responsibility, are flexible and have your own drive, and work in a structured manner and enjoy following routines. Being structured, organized and able to follow procedures is also important. You have the ability to see the whole picture but also each individual's circumstances. You are attentive, open, have good teamwork skills and you thrive in an operation with a fast pace filled with job satisfaction. Of course, we see that you have good conduct toward users and colleagues. Documentation is an important part of our work, so you need to master the Swedish language well in speech and writing as well as have good computer skills. A B driver's license is a requirement.
