WORK TASKS As a nursing assistant with us, you work to provide our clients with safe, personal, and quality care in their daily lives. The work includes care services, assistance, delegated healthcare tasks, and creating security and participation for the individual. You work both independently and together with colleagues, where we value seeing the bigger picture and helping each other when needed. QUALIFICATIONS Required • Trained nursing assistant. • Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. • B driving license. • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. • Good cooperation skills and professional conduct. • Ability to adapt to changing needs and situations. • You must be able to perform the tasks included in the home care mission, including delegated healthcare tasks. Meritorious • Experience working in home care or elderly care. • Experience with delegated healthcare tasks. • Experience with documentation according to applicable procedures. • Experience working with people with dementia or other cognitive impairments. • Knowledge of welfare technology and digital operational systems. • Experience working in an operation where flexibility and cooperation are important. We work with resource schedules. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
