What you will work with As a healthcare assistant, you work with a variety of tasks where you are self-driven and take great responsibility for daily operations. Work tasks include, for example, sample collection, assistance to doctors, nurses and physiotherapists, your own scheduled clinics with, for example, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, wound dressing changes and suture removal. You handle duties such as inventory, maintenance and restocking in clinic rooms. You work with both scheduled and unscheduled doctor appointments and also answer the phone in the sample collection department for booking appointments. The work is carried out largely in digital systems. Working hours are daytime Monday-Friday. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
