The Dermatology Treatment Unit in Hudiksvall is located at Hudiksvall Health Center. The unit focuses primarily on light therapy for patients with eczema and psoriasis, as well as other medical skin care. The Skin Clinic also has branches in Gävle, Sandviken, Bollnäs, Söderhamn, and Ljusdal, which means that work and collaboration with nearby locations may occur. You will work independently at the unit in Hudiksvall, with support from experienced colleagues at our other branches. Together we actively work on development and improvement initiatives to meet future care needs and provide patients with high-quality care. The position is 60 percent with daytime working hours. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant with us, you work independently with significant responsibility while maintaining close collaboration with colleagues at our other treatment units. Main responsibilities: • perform light therapy treatments • photodocument skin changes • perform administrative tasks, such as medical record documentation, ordering samples, and other administrative duties as needed. Your primary placement will be at the dermatology treatment unit in Hudiksvall. The position may involve travel to our branches as needed. You are proactive, see what needs to be done, and take initiative on your own. You have a service-oriented approach and good interpersonal skills where the patient is always in focus. You can prioritize between different tasks and contribute with a positive and solution-oriented approach in daily work. For this role you should be • a trained nursing assistant. It is a merit if you have experience working with the Cosmic medical record system, experience with skin treatments, and/or experience with clinic reception work.
