About the Workplace As of September 1st, Home Care South 2 operates from a new location in central Rydebäck, located at Blidögatan 3, close to the majority of our customers. The central location makes it easy to get to work by public transportation, both by train and regional buses. Work Tasks As a nursing assistant with us, you work to enable the individual to live as independently as possible. The majority of our customers live in Rydebäck and you will primarily travel by bicycle between different customers in Rydebäck. Our approach is characterized by a salutogenic perspective, which means providing personal support based on individual needs and conditions in customers' homes. As a nursing assistant, you work mainly independently and provide care in the form of personal hygiene assistance, meal support, social interaction, and more. You also perform tasks delegated by nurses, physiotherapists, or occupational therapists, such as exercise interventions, medication administration, and wound dressing changes. You work in a team with the different professions. In your work, you use various digital tools and your work phone is an important work tool, where you can find work schedules and procedures, among other things. We work with fixed care relationships and documentation is part of your work tasks. Qualifications We're looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant willing to be delegated and perform delegated work tasks according to HSL. You need to have basic computer skills and documentation experience, be comfortable working with digital tools, and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. To move forward in the recruitment process, you also need to be able and willing to cycle on the job. It's a merit if you have a B driver's license and have experience working in home care or had other assignments in health and care. Initially, you will replace colleagues who are on study or parental leave, but the employment is permanent and continues even when they return to work. In home care in Helsingborg City, you work on a schedule for either day or evening shifts. Working hours are scheduled for daytime 06:45-15:15 or evening time 14:45-23:15.
