About the workplace
The home care south 1 office is located at Landskronavägen 23 and you work with customers living in Planteringen and Råå.

What we offer

Work tasks
Your workday always starts at the unit office. From there you travel by car, on your own, or together with colleagues to customers' homes and you follow a work schedule that describes which services should be provided. You get to customers by bicycle and in some cases by car.
With a health-promoting approach, you provide care in the form of personal support based on individual needs and circumstances in customers' homes. You work mainly independently and provide care in the form of personal nursing assistance, support with meals, social activities, and more. You also perform tasks delegated by nurses, physiotherapists, or occupational therapists, such as training exercises, medication administration, and wound dressing.
In your work you use various digital tools and your work phone to view your work schedule, digital locks, and find necessary procedures.
We work with fixed care contacts and documentation is part of your work tasks.
Qualifications
To proceed in the recruitment process, you need to be a trained nursing assistant and have proof of protected professional title from Socialstyrelsen, or be able to certify that you had a permanent position as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023. You have basic computer skills and documentation experience. The position requires that you can perform delegated tasks, that you are comfortable working with various digital tools, and that you have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you need to have a B driving license, be able to cycle, and be comfortable getting around by bicycle, even in busy traffic environments.
It is meriting if you have previous experience working in home care or are familiar with Phoniro, LifeCare, and Appva.

Working hours: In home care in the City of Helsingborg, you work on a schedule where working hours are arranged either in day or evening shifts where working hours are 06:45-15:15 or 14:45-23:15. Your schedule may change if operational needs change.
