JOB DUTIES
We are looking for you who want to be part of developing home care services and provide care recipients with the best possible care.
Every day we help make life work for people who need assistance; people who, for various reasons, need care, encouragement, and support. We make service users feel secure, provide support to relatives, and help make everyday life work.
We work from a rehabilitative approach with the individual at the center, with good treatment and respect for people's self-determination. It is important that you are understanding, attentive, and have a professional manner.
You are good at making contact, building relationships, and encouraging and supporting the individual. It is varied work where you need to be flexible based on the service user's needs for support with services, personal care, and health and medical care.
Job duties include IT-based documentation and administration. The current position includes day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with experience. You are expected to be able to work both independently and with others. Since communication and documentation are important tools in the work, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You must have received a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare so that we can meet the service's need for a Fixed Care Contact.
We document in Lifecare and use phones as a work tool, so it is important that you have computer/smartphone experience.
We are looking for 2 colleagues who want to contribute to a good and safe work environment, with a focus on offering good and safe care and support based on the individual's needs and wishes.
In order to be employed within the health and social care administration in Ronneby Municipality, you must provide an extract from the police's criminal record register. The form to be used is called "Work in the home with elderly and people with disabilities". Normal processing time is approximately two weeks. Remember to order the extract in good time.

Our transportation consists of cars and e-bikes, so you need to have a driver's license and be able to ride a bicycle.
