In Partille Municipality, cleaning services in clients' homes are provided by an external service company and procurement is handled digitally. This means that as a nursing assistant, you have the opportunity to focus on care for our clients.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Trained nursing assistant
Class B driver's license
Meritorious:
Work-related experience with individuals with substance abuse issues and/or dementia
Previous experience working with quality registers
Delegated work tasks and social documentation are important parts of the job, as is the development of implementation plans. Therefore, you need to be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Good to Know
To be invited for an interview, you must be able to present a passing grade in Swedish 1 at the upper secondary level or equivalent. If you do not have this, you will be required to take a digital language test.
Upon job offer, you must provide an acceptable extract from the Police's criminal record and suspicion register. For this position, this refers to an extract for work in the homes of elderly persons.
Your New Workplace
Home care services is part of the Care and Social Services Administration, the Elderly Care Department, and has 145 employees. We have three home care areas: Centrum, Björndammen, and Sävedalen. Regardless of area, you will be part of a warm, competent, and solution-focused team where we work closely with colleagues and clients.
With us, you are scheduled to work every other weekend, meaning three out of six weekends during a scheduling period. If you wish to work more than three weekends, you will receive 1000kr gross extra per worked shift. One work shift counts as one occasion, and in total you may work a maximum of four extra occasions. This applies as long as you are on a permanent employment contract. We do not have split shifts and reschedule every 6 weeks with a basic structure in place.
Working hours vary between day, evening, and weekend shifts. Common working times are 07.00-15.30, 07.00-14:00, 14.00-22.30, 15.30-22.30. We apply a 37-hour week for our staff working day and evening shifts.
