We are seeking 1-2 nursing assistants who want to work with us in home care in Pajala C.

WORK TASKS
The work tasks consist of:
• providing support, guidance, care and services to clients in regular housing.
• certain healthcare tasks occur on delegation
• administrative documentation.
• handling security alarms, leasing vehicles, mobile phones and IT equipment.
• The work will be scheduled with service during daytime, evenings and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Nursing assistant education or equivalent education.
• Experience from similar work is a merit.
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. You should have a professional approach which includes being service-oriented, humble and empathetic.
• You can quickly adapt to new conditions and can independently prioritize your work tasks and remain calm in stressful situations.
• Communication with colleagues and relatives is important, therefore it is important that you express yourself in a calm and clear manner when different situations arise.
• You work in a team and therefore it is important that you can collaborate, are proactive, developable and flexible.
• Driver's license category B is an absolute requirement.
• another requirement is that you can complete the knowledge test for medicine and insulin delegation.

In Pajala Municipality, individual and differentiated salary setting is applied. This means that the salary is set based on applicable collective agreement - general provisions including appendices and the municipality's salary policy. Upon new employment, an individual assessment of the salary is made based on the requirements set for the position. Within the Swedish municipal workers' union contract area, the minimum starting salary is 23,638kr. For employees who have vocational preparatory upper secondary education, the starting salary is 25,798kr.
Pajala Municipality is part of the administrative area for Meänkieli and Finnish, therefore it is a merit if you have knowledge of one or both of these languages.
