Job Responsibilities We are seeking staff members for Home Care Services in Trollhättan. Work hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Your responsibilities will consist of providing nursing care based on the client's wishes and needs according to assistance decisions with a focus on quality. Qualifications You must be able to meet people in different situations in a professional manner. Good interpersonal skills and an interest in working with people are essential. You must be able to receive delegated tasks from health and medical care personnel. You should be flexible and conscientious. You are resourceful and work well both independently and as part of a team. You are trained as a nurse assistant and/or have work experience from care and welfare work. You enjoy working alone and in a team and can both contribute to and benefit from the development work that takes place in the organization. We are looking for someone with the ability to work with your colleagues toward common goals/sub-goals. You see opportunities instead of obstacles and you have good communication skills. You are in daily contact with clients, relatives, and healthcare providers. Therefore, there are requirements for good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We also expect you to understand the importance of good interpersonal relations and to be professional in dialogue and interactions with clients, relatives, as well as colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
