The Care and Services Administration with approximately 1,500 employees is one of the administrations in the City of Mölndal and encompasses elderly care, support services, and health and medical care. 4 position(s). DUTIES Are you a nursing assistant who wants to make a difference and contribute to the best possible home care services every day? Then you should apply to our home care service in Bifrost and become part of our team. As a nursing assistant, you will together with your colleagues help service users in their homes. You will collaborate with licensed personnel, case managers, and family members to create a meaningful and stimulating everyday life for those we serve. Our approach is characterized by a salutogenic perspective, which means providing personal support and care based on individual needs and circumstances - the service user is in focus. In addition to this, you will establish and document implementation plans and update these as needed. You will also convene planning meetings at home and provide support in other administrative tasks when needed. In home care at Bifrost, we strive to create participation and security for all service users. By working in accordance with the municipality's dignity guarantees, we aim to ensure that all customers have a contact person and are involved in planning their own care needs. The assignment also includes receiving the necessary delegations to perform the work. Working hours will be scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends. We plan our schedule in Time Care where you have the opportunity to submit scheduling suggestions. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements for the position: • Trained nursing assistant or other education that the employer considers equivalent • Previous work experience in care and services • Good knowledge of social documentation • Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing • Good computer skills, ability to handle a work mobile with current apps • Class B driving license In your role as a nursing assistant, you need to be able to collaborate with colleagues and other professionals. You have the service user's needs in focus and you see solutions based on your professional knowledge and the service user's situation. You have an open and positive attitude. You are driven by the desire to develop and learn new things, and you have an interest in digital development that you are happy to share with your colleagues. In your work, you establish implementation plans with clear goals for service users and you use time efficiently and work systematically, in an organized and methodical manner.
