JOB DUTIES
Operating from offices in central Älmhult, we provide services in the homes of care recipients throughout Älmhult Municipality. We are a mobile home care team that serves both residential neighborhoods and rural areas.

Home Care Group Central 2 is a team that takes responsibility, is ambitious, meticulous, and enjoys their work.
Your duties include providing personal care and support services. Personal care shall address physical, psychological, and social needs, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, and meal support. Service-oriented tasks include cleaning, laundry, shopping, and meal delivery distribution.
You will also perform delegated tasks related to health and medical services.
Working in Home Care involves largely independent work, but it also requires good ability to collaborate with colleagues and other professionals. We have a wonderful community where we support and motivate each other, and together with your colleagues you contribute to creating a valuable daily life for our elderly.
Work includes days, evenings, and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained nurse assistant with a protected professional title, as regular care contact is part of the work. You should be interested in acquiring the knowledge required to be delegated tasks under the Health and Medical Services Act.
Our work involves daily use of various operating systems and documentation. This means you need good computer skills and openness to the various digital systems we use in our operations. You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. A driver's license is required.
You should have a genuine interest in working with people, have a good ability to see the big picture while also understanding each individual's circumstances and needs. You are responsible and flexible, able to plan and organize your work. We also expect you to have professional conduct and the ability to build trust and establish good relationships with care recipients and their families. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Previous experience in care work within elderly care is meriting.
Driver's license category B is required.
