Home Care Assistant for Hönö/Fotö, Öckerö Municipality About the Job Home Services in Hönö and Fotö is a vital part of Öckerö Municipality's care and support services. We work closely with our clients to create security, independence, and quality of life in their daily lives. As a home care assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference through varied and rewarding work. We are now seeking three committed team members for full-time positions. Job Description As a home care assistant in Home Services Hönö/Fotö, you will work according to care decisions and applicable legislation to support clients in their daily lives. Your responsibilities include: • Providing care and support according to the care coordinator's assessment, such as assistance with personal hygiene, household tasks, cleaning, laundry, and social activities. • Documentation in client records and developing implementation plans together with the client. • Delegated tasks from licensed personnel. • Serving as a designated care contact. • Collaborating with other professionals. • Participating in the development and implementation of future digital support tools. In this role, you are expected to: • Take responsibility and work independently within the framework of social services legislation and operational guidelines. • Show attentiveness and respect in your interactions with clients and their families. • Collaborate with and support your team members. • Use digital tools for documentation and administrative tasks. • Be flexible and solution-oriented.
