WORK RESPONSIBILITIES Your duties as a nursing assistant in home care are creative, enjoyable, and varied. It is rewarding, flexible, and independent work where you meet service users with different support and care needs. You work from the service user's needs and strive for good interactions and collaboration. The work includes: - Personal care - Household-related services - Health and medical care tasks (based on delegation) - Documentation - Coordination and collaboration The work is conducted in collaboration with other professional categories such as rehabilitation staff, care assistants, nurses, benefits assessors, coordinators, and management. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for more competent colleagues who want to work in a team with our engaged and knowledgeable staff within home care in Vårgårda Municipality. Completed healthcare and nursing program or equivalent education that the employer deems equivalent. For employment as a nursing assistant, the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of the right to use the professional title nursing assistant is required. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have experience writing implementation plans. You need a driver's license and the ability to cycle. Home care is undergoing a development process to become a home care service. Part of this work is establishing a functioning approach to fixed care contacts, so we place great importance on your ability to build good relationships with service users and their families. We consider previous experience working in healthcare and care to be advantageous. Before a job offer, proof of professional certification and criminal records and suspicion register checks must be presented. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Start date according to agreement. In Vårgårda Municipality, full-time is the norm with the possibility of part-time work.
