About the Position As a nursing assistant with us, you work with both care and service tasks in home care as well as residential support based on customers' individual needs. Your work tasks may include: Personal care and daily support Service tasks in the customer's home Residential support and social support Meal assistance and other practical tasks Motivating and creating security for the customer Documentation according to current procedures Collaboration with colleagues and other professionals Following implementation plans and company procedures We Are Looking for You If You Are a trained nursing assistant Have a B-class driver's license – required Have good Swedish, both spoken and written Are responsible, thorough, and reliable Can work independently but also enjoy collaborating Have a respectful and professional manner Are flexible and solution-oriented Have a genuine interest in working with people ⭐ What Matters Most to Us For us, loyalty, responsibility, and teamwork are very important.
