About Guldbröllopshemmet Guldbröllopshemmet is located on Södermalm. The facility has 44 permanent places, with a dementia focus and a department with psychiatric focus. We work in teams and keep our residents at the center. We always ask our residents each day: How can I create a good day for you today? We are a dementia-certified residential facility, which means everyone who works here is trained in dementia and person-centered care through Vardaga's Dementia Academy. We use needs-based flexible scheduling. This means that as an employee, you have the opportunity to influence your own working hours based on needs and preferences. We schedule 10 weeks at a time. We have a partnership with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people ages 14–18 visit us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the quality of life for our residents. You have a group manager who spends most of their time working close to you in the facility. Becoming a group manager is also a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. We constantly work to create new and exciting activities for our residents. Your experience and knowledge We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant with a few years of experience in elderly care. Good computer skills and documentation experience are also advantageous. Fluent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing.
