Your responsibilities As a temporary nursing assistant on the night shift with us, you are an important source of security for the residents. You work both as part of a team and independently, providing person-centered care and support based on individual needs and care plans. You are responsible for supervision, notice changes, and document in our systems. You collaborate with colleagues in the night organization and forward relevant information to day and evening staff. The work also includes certain service tasks that contribute to good order for the coming day. You also contribute to our development and quality work by sharing ideas and suggestions for improvement. The position involves night work on-site. You will receive an introduction and support from experienced colleagues so you feel confident in the role. Who are you? You are a trained nursing assistant according to the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations. We see that you have previous experience working in healthcare and care. We also see that you have previous experience working with people with dementia and with palliative care. As a person, you are responsive to the residents' needs and have a clear focus on providing good care and creating security. You adapt easily to changed situations and ways of working and are open to changes in the operations. You collaborate well with colleagues, enjoy sharing knowledge and information, and contribute to a good work environment. In your work, you use good judgment and make well-considered decisions based on the residents' needs and the conditions available. You communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
