We offer you a position where you are an important part of creating a safe and stimulating environment for our users within elderly care in Härjedalen Municipality. We work with current care and support tasks based on a salutogenic approach. The positions are 75-100%. Since Härjedalen Municipality applies desired employment levels, you have the opportunity to work full-time if you wish. Start date by agreement. Duties - Support users in their daily life with, for example, personal care, assistance with meals, laundry, medication management, transfers, and rehabilitation. - Be a permanent care contact, where you are an important link between users, family members, and various healthcare providers. Several days a week, you may work at our day activity center where you work with a person-centered approach to create a meaningful daily life for the people enrolled there. Qualifications Requirements: - Trained nursing assistant. To work in the care of elderly and adults with disabilities, a criminal record check is required. Meritorious: - Medication delegation. - Class B driver's license. - Specialist nursing assistant in dementia care. Personal qualities - You are flexible, have high service awareness, and the ability to work both independently and in a group. - You have a positive attitude, see opportunities, and are responsive to users, family members, and your colleagues. - You are thorough, show great commitment, and take responsibility for your work.
