Make a difference. Every day. Do you want to be part of a team with exciting work where you get the chance to develop as a nursing assistant? Do you also value long-term patient relationships? Then the dialysis clinic in Lund is the place for you! Dialysis is an exciting field that is in constant development, where the interaction between medical technology and patient care is of great importance. With us, chronically ill kidney patients receive regular blood dialysis treatment. We also accept patients with acute kidney failure. To provide the best possible care to our patients, we have close collaboration between nurses, nursing assistants, physicians, biomedical engineers, and paramedics. Currently, we have approximately 65 employees. The unit is characterized by leadership where we want to help each other succeed and develop. We value trust and empathy as important parts of our leadership. Most of our patients are recurring over long periods. This means we create long-term relationships with a focus on helping them achieve the best possible quality of life by tailoring dialysis treatment to the individual's needs. Therefore, we increasingly work toward person-centered care and involve patients in their own treatment. 1 position(s).
