Elder Care consists of somatic departments, departments for people with cognitive decline, short-term housing, and five home care groups. We are now seeking a nursing assistant for Minnas Group within home care services. The group is aimed at people with cognitive decline who want to continue living in their own homes. Will you join us on this journey? 2 position(s). WORK TASKS We are currently seeking a nursing assistant for Minnas Group. Since our care recipients live both in the city center and in rural areas, it is important that you can cycle and that you have a category B driver's license. As a nursing assistant in home care, you work from a salutogenic and person-centered approach. The work tasks are varied and adapted to the individual's needs, resources, and condition. The goal is to strengthen independence and extend the possibility for the individual to live safely in their own home. Minnas Group serves people with diagnosed cognitive illness who live in their own homes. Our care and nursing work is characterized by four important principles: • Security • Self-determination • Integrity • Respect The purpose is to strengthen the individual's independence and extend the possibility of living in their own home. We work person-centered (PCA), which means that the person, their life story, needs, and resources are in focus—not the diagnosis. Minnas Group works systematically with BPSD registry and the operation is Star-marked. You work together with colleagues, management, nurses, and other professionals to create safe, cohesive, and high-quality care and support. Together with your team, you become an important part of the care recipients' everyday life. The work also includes documentation according to applicable legislation. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. We would like you to have experience in care and support work within elder care. Experience in home care is advantageous. It is advantageous if you have experience working with people with cognitive decline, BPSD registry, and person-centered approaches. To thrive in the role, you need to be secure, responsible, and self-motivated, as well as have good ability to cooperate. You encounter situations that can be both complex and changing, and therefore need to enjoy challenges, be able to stay calm, and find solutions based on the individual's needs. You are attentive, respectful, and good at building trust. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. You are solution-focused, engaged, and want to be involved in developing the operation. You need to be able to cycle and have a category B driver's license. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent. Duration: Permanent, start date: By agreement.
