Tunagården is located on Söder, approximately 1.5 kilometers from central Eskilstuna. Here we have easy access to green areas, walking paths, and an environment that creates calm and well-being for both residents and staff. The facility has 129 apartments distributed across 12 units. Ten units for people with dementia and two somatic units. The position is primarily based in one of the dementia units, but you may also provide support in other units.

WORK TASKS
Your task is to create a safe, meaningful, and active daily life for our residents. This includes motivating, supporting, and providing personal care based on each person's needs. You collaborate with colleagues, group leaders, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and family members to provide safe and coordinated support. As a permanent care contact, you have special responsibility for coordinating care for some residents and maintaining contact with their family members. This work includes ensuring that care and implementation plans are in place.
You also have delegation of health and medical care tasks and document your work daily in our systems. You work in several digital care systems for documentation and follow-up, including Viva, BPSD, APPVA, and Viva care app.
QUALIFICATIONS
You are a trained nursing assistant and have experience working with elderly patients. If you have training in dementia care and experience working with people with dementia, that is a great advantage. You are willing and able to accept delegation. You need to be comfortable with digital working methods and be able to document according to applicable legislation. This requires that you have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and are accustomed to documenting according to the laws we follow. If you have experience with the quality register BPSD (behavior and mental health in dementia) that is excellent.
