WORK TASKS
You are the hub of the activity. You plan and carry out activities such as social gatherings, individual and group activities, music, sing-alongs, daily outdoor walks when weather permits. You provide social support, assist with toilet visits and meals, and document in our activity management system.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant with a protected professional title. We see that you have experience working with people with dementia and have previously worked with activities and activation. A driver's license (Category B) is required.
As a person, you are flexible, engaged, and have good collaboration skills. You are attentive, patient, and have a calm approach. Your creativity and positivity make you see opportunities instead of obstacles. Creating security and trust comes naturally to you. You see each individual, plan, and carry out activities that promote participation and independence for those we are here to serve. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
