The staffing unit consists of a staffing team with nursing assistants, childcare workers, and cooks working full-time, supplemented by temporary workers. Our entire operation is built on staffing employees being individuals with diverse skills who are willing, able, and capable of working broadly within: • Health and care (elderly care, support services, personal assistance, day activities) • Preschool and school • Facility maintenance • Meal services • Contact center 2 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Do you have a talent for care work and are you a trained nursing assistant? Are you someone who thrives and is motivated by great variety in tasks and work environment? Join our team! We're looking for staff members for the staffing team who can cover short-term absences across the entire health and care sector. In practice, this means you may work in home care, residential facilities, support services, personal assistance, or social psychiatry. It completely depends on where the need is! The common denominator is that your tasks include care work such as personal hygiene assistance, insulin and medication administration, and documentation. Work is scheduled throughout the week and around the clock, 37 hours per week. You must be able to work days, evenings, overnight, on-call nights, and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS To work with us, you have a vocational qualification from upper secondary school's healthcare and care program or approved grades from adult education courses in healthcare and care (1500 points). You feel confident in your role as a nursing assistant. It's advantageous if you have: • Experience in elderly care • Experience in support services • Previous pool employment experience You need the ability to adapt to your environment because your workday often varies from day to day. For example, you might start your morning in a home care group and then move to another location in the afternoon. This requires flexibility and the ability to follow the routines and working methods at different workplaces. You have the physical capability to perform work tasks using ergonomic aids, such as lifting, personal care, and transfers. You master Swedish both spoken and written, can cycle and hold a category B driver's license, and have access to your own car. You're also accustomed to using the computer as a tool in your work. It's important that you share our values and see your role as supporting the municipality's operations in making our residents satisfied and proud. Personal suitability will be given considerable weight. Before a job offer is made, a criminal record extract is required for work in the home with elderly individuals and people with disabilities, as well as for work with children with disabilities.
