JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a nursing assistant with us, you work closely with our residents and are an important part of their daily lives. Your main duties include: • Being a primary care contact for one or more residents. • Working from a person-centered approach. • Creating a safe, meaningful, and stimulating everyday life for the residents. • Collaborating with colleagues, nurses, occupational therapists, and family members. • Working with quality registers such as BPSD and Senior Alert. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people with dementia and who wants to contribute to high-quality care. • You must be a trained nursing assistant • Experience working in elderly care is an asset, preferably in dementia care • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Good empathic ability and professional demeanor • Flexible, responsible, and solution-focused Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration: Start date: 2026-12-01 By agreement. Working hours: Shift work. We apply annual working hours, 5 weeks fixed schedule. 2 out of 5 weekends.
