About You We're looking for someone with nursing assistant training including acute care certification, and who is comfortable using computers as a natural work tool. You communicate well in both speech and writing in Swedish. It's a plus if you have experience as a nursing assistant in surgery, orthopedics, and urology. We place great importance on your personal qualities. To thrive in this role, you are stable—you remain calm and maintain a realistic perspective even in stressful situations. You have good teamwork skills, are attentive, and communicate constructively. We also see that you are flexible and adaptable to change, as well as self-driven and take responsibility for your work. What You'll Do As a nursing assistant on Department G7, you'll be a vital part of our team, working closely with nurses and doctors to provide our patients with the best possible care. You support patients with their daily care needs, such as personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and ensure they feel safe and well-prepared for examinations and treatments. You take samples, assist with medical procedures, and play a central role in creating a good care environment. Beyond the practical work, you're responsible for documenting patients' conditions in the patient record system and reporting changes to other healthcare professionals. You also contribute to the smooth operation of the department by restocking supplies, making beds, and serving meals. On G7, you'll be part of an engaged and supportive team where we together create a safe and professional care environment, both for patients and for each other.
