You have good knowledge of Swedish and hold a B driver's license at the start of employment. It is meritorious if you have previously worked in home care or similar operations. Scope and start The position is 75-100% and work is scheduled during daytime, evening, and every other weekend. Start in August by agreement. What does the job involve? As a nursing assistant in home care, you work closely with people in their home environment and become an important part of their everyday life. The work is varied and each day offers the opportunity to make a difference. You assist with both practical support and care, always based on the individual's needs and wishes. Most importantly, you enjoy meeting people, building trusting relationships, and have a genuine interest in helping others. What background do you need? This is a role for you who are trained as a nursing assistant or have equivalent experience in healthcare and care. Maybe you already work in home care or elderly care and want to change employer, or perhaps you're longing for a workplace where you get to make a real difference – in every encounter.
