Job Description
Your task is to work person-centered based on the residents' individual conditions and needs, with a focus on creating security and quality of life. A salutogenic approach is central to our work, as well as commitment, participation, and a constructive attitude toward service development. You work closely with residents and their relatives to support them in everyday life through care and practical assistance. You are also responsible for documentation in social records, preparation of implementation plans, and collaboration with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals.
Your Background
We are looking for you who have a good ability to cooperate and who enjoy working closely with both colleagues, users, and relatives.
Requirements:
Trained nursing assistant or equivalent work experience.
Certificate from the disclosure of criminal record registry (upon employment).
Meritorious:
Experience working in dementia care or elder care.
