WORK DUTIES
At Solbogården, we work together so that each person feels seen, listened to and included in their daily life. We are now looking for a nursing assistant who wants to become part of our team and contribute with commitment, responsibility and care.
As a nursing assistant, you work with person-centered care where the user's needs, wishes and self-determination are in focus. The work is based on Individuals' Needs at the Center (IBIC) and includes performing delegated health and nursing tasks, working with implementation plans and being responsible for social documentation.
An important part of the role is to create conditions for an active and meaningful daily life. This can range from everyday care work to encouraging community, activities and time in our appreciated outdoor environments.
With us, flexibility and collaboration are a natural part of the work. Resource shifts occur and mean that you, if needed, work in different units or departments. This gives you the opportunity to broaden your experience and contribute where the business needs you most.
Working hours are scheduled for day, evening and weekends.
Solbogården is one of Strömstad's larger specialized residential facilities and consists of five departments with a focus on dementia care. We work to create a homely and safe environment where our users can feel community and quality of life. Our common areas and fine outdoor environments provide good opportunities for activities and social interaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• is a trained nursing assistant and can provide proof from Socialstyrelsen
• feels confident in your professional role and have the ability to take responsibility for delegated health and nursing tasks
• have good digital skills and see documentation as an important part of the work
• can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
