Kvarnbergets Elderly Care Center is looking for a trained nursing assistant for a temporary position at a special residential facility with a focus on dementia care, to provide high-quality care and services to individuals receiving support under the Social Services Act. Responsibilities As a nursing assistant in elderly care at a special residential facility, you will provide care and services in accordance with the Social Services Act, maintaining a professional approach. Services must be of high quality and tailored to individual needs. You work with good conduct and strong empathetic abilities. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. Your work includes performing delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act, documenting in patient records and creating implementation plans according to current legislation and guidelines, as well as working with contact person responsibilities. Qualifications You are a trained nursing assistant. As a person, you are social, empathetic, and interested in people. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and previous references. You have good computer skills and very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both written and spoken. We require a criminal record check before employment. Terms The position is a temporary employment with the Care Administration at 80% employment level. Full-time hours are 37 hours/week, which means you will work approximately 30 hours/week. The temporary position runs through June 13, 2027. The position includes placement at a specific workplace but you may also work temporary shifts at other locations as needed. The employment includes day and evening shifts, as well as working every other weekend. To use the title of nursing assistant in the employment contract, you must have a professional title issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare.
