Kvarnbergets Elderly Center is seeking a trained nursing assistant for a temporary position in assisted living with a focus on dementia care to provide quality care and services to individuals receiving support under the Social Services Act. Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant in elderly care in assisted living, you will provide care and service based on a professional approach in accordance with the Social Services Act. Services must be of high quality tailored to each individual's needs. You work with a good demeanor and strong empathetic abilities. You enjoy working both independently and in a team. Your work includes performing delegated tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act, documenting in patient records, and creating care plans according to applicable legislation and guidelines, as well as serving as a contact person. Qualifications You are a trained nursing assistant. As a person, you are social, empathetic, and interested in people. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability and previous references. You have good computer skills and very good knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken. We require a criminal records check before employment. Terms The position is a temporary assignment in the Care Administration with an 80% service degree. Full-time is 37 hours/week, meaning you will work approximately 30 hours/week. The temporary assignment runs until and including June 13, 2027. The position includes placement at a specific workplace, but you will also work resource shifts at other workplaces when needed. The employment includes day and evening shifts, as well as work every other weekend. To use the title of nursing assistant in your employment contract, you must have a professional title issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare.
