Your Future Workplace Department 7 is an internal medicine ward with a focus mainly on gastroenterology, hepatology, diabetes, and hematology. Work on the ward is knowledge-intensive, developmental, and exciting. There is very broad expertise among both nurses and nursing assistants as the general medicine ward handles many different diagnoses outside the specific focus areas. We work in teams, which means that all professions – nurses, nursing assistants, paramedical staff, and doctors – work together with the patient, so good collaboration is important to us.
