Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant with us at Hönekulla Short-term Care, you provide our users with safe, dignified, and person-centered care. You support them in daily life based on individual needs and care plans, with focus on participation, independence, and quality of life. The work includes personal hygiene assistance, social activities, social engagement, meal support, service provision, and delegated health and medical care tasks. You are also responsible for social documentation and maintain contact with family members. You work closely with colleagues in a team and actively contribute to good cooperation, professional conduct, and a safe environment for both users and employees. The role requires responsibility, high integrity, and a quality-conscious work approach. Work hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Co-planning – how it works with us Härryda municipality works to create stable operations with increased base staffing. This means we use co-planning, where you have a home unit but can also work shifts at other units as needed. The goal is to ensure continuity and safe care for users, while giving you opportunities for variation, knowledge exchange, and professional development. Training is provided to help you feel confident in your role. Qualifications: We are looking for you who are positive, flexible, proactive, and quality-conscious, and who are genuinely interested in meeting people who need care and support.
