WORK DUTIES
As a nursing assistant with us, you work in a person-centered manner based on the user's needs, resources, and care plan. You play a central role in creating security, participation, and a meaningful daily life by supporting the user in maintaining their abilities and being active in their own care and support. QUALIFICATIONS
We are a committed and fantastic team within Home Care Services in Herrljunga municipality, and now we're looking for you, our next colleague!
We're looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a strong interest in working with people. You are attentive, humble, and engaged in your work and help create security, quality, and a meaningful daily life for our users. With us, collaboration is a given, and we value professional and respectful conduct, both toward each other and toward those we serve.
You are responsible, have good collaboration skills, and genuine commitment to your work. You value quality, care, and good service and have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. A professional credential for nursing assistant (protected job title) is required, as is a B-category driver's license, good driving skills, and good judgment in traffic. Since some users are most easily reached by bike, we would appreciate it if you have cycling experience.
To be considered for the position, you also need to provide a valid extract from the Police's suspicion and conviction register and have BankID for logging into the municipality's systems.
