We work according to a salutogenic approach, where we focus on health and each individual's resources. About the work: As a nursing assistant at our special residential facility, you work closely with our residents and provide support in daily life based on individual needs and implementation plans. The work tasks include, among other things: -Personal care and hygiene -Support with meals and social activities -Activation and meaningful daily life -Documentation and work based on Individual Needs in Focus (IBIC) We use digital systems to support daily work. The operation runs 24/7, which means working days, evenings and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS Nursing Assistant Professional certificate from completed and approved nursing assistant education at secondary school level or other approved education. Alternatively health care assistant Swedish language and good computer skills Documentation is an important part of our work and you therefore need to master the Swedish language well, both spoken and written. B driver's license Documented experience It is meritorious if you have work experience in care and health services, low-affect approach and/or clarifying pedagogy as well as experience with documentation in the Life Care system. Working hours: Schedule. The position comprises an average of 37 hours per week. Working hours are scheduled and can be arranged for day, evening and weekend shifts according to operational needs.
