Personal care and support, and utilizing residents' own resources. Work based on Norlandia's concept "Tasty Meal" so our residents appreciate the food and the meal experience adds a golden touch to everyday life. Documentation according to the Social Services Act; maintaining social records and creating and following up care plans. Planning, offering, and carrying out daily activities, outdoor time, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities. Performing service tasks such as apartment cleaning, laundry, escort services, and shopping. Receiving and performing delegated work tasks such as medication delegation. Actively participate in the operation's quality and improvement work. About Daggrosens Elderly Care Home Daggrosens Elderly Care Home is located at Önsta Gryta. There's a lovely garden here, parking in front of the building, and bus line 2 stops right outside. The unit has three floors with 36 beds, distributed across 12 apartments per floor. Two of the floors are for people with dementia. Here you work in a team with your floor colleagues, two nurses, a rehabilitation team, a coordinator, and a manager.
