A nursing assistant at Norlandia is a valuable key person, and we're looking for someone who is skilled in your professional role and enjoys meeting people in different situations. Together in a team with registered nurses, rehabilitation specialists, and management, we collaborate around each resident to provide a good life every day. We're looking for you with a genuine interest in elderly people, where your main tasks are to create safe and secure personal care and support. You support residents in their daily lives and create conditions for a safe and meaningful everyday experience. As a nursing assistant, you're responsible for providing residents with good quality care and support in accordance with what has been agreed upon with residents in their care plans. This includes, among other things: Work as a contact person based on Norlandia's "Your Day" concept. Personal hygiene care and support, and utilizing residents' own resources. Work based on Norlandia's "Tasty Meal" concept so our residents enjoy their food and meals add a special touch to everyday life. Documentation according to the Social Services Act; maintaining social records and creating and following up on care plans. Plan, offer, and carry out daily activities, outdoor time, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc., both individual and group activities. Perform service tasks such as cleaning apartments, laundry, accompaniment, shopping, and more. Accept and perform delegated tasks such as medication administration. Take responsibility in ombudsman roles. Actively participate in the facility's quality and improvement work. About Bastuplans Senior Living Bastuplan is located in central Linköping. The facility has 20 apartments distributed over three floors, with one unit specializing in dementia care. Here you work in a team with your floor colleagues, a registered nurse, rehabilitation team, team leader, and manager.
