Welcome to our health center in Kallhäll! At Kallhäll's New Health Center, we have just over 30 employees and approximately 16,500 registered patients. Job Description As one of our employees has decided to advance their career, we are looking for a nursing assistant to work at the clinic, reception, and in home healthcare. At the clinic, the work includes simple clinic visits, such as blood pressure measurement, wound dressing changes, and suture removal. At reception, administrative tasks typical of a health center are performed, such as registering patient visits, receiving prescription requests, handling invoices, etc. In home healthcare, we care for approximately 140 registered patients distributed across seven districts, and work tasks are shared with colleagues in different teams that include doctors, district nurses, and nursing assistants. As a nursing assistant, you will be responsible for a number of patients according to a specific schedule. Main tasks in home healthcare may include medication administration, wound dressing changes, and specimen collection. Here you will find a stable, pleasant, and competent work team. We would appreciate it if you have previous experience in primary care in both clinic and home healthcare settings. You place great emphasis on teamwork, flexibility, and good treatment of both patients and colleagues. You have an interest in administrative tasks that may occur at a clinic. We would appreciate it if you are a positive person who wants to develop in your profession and can handle varying workloads. You are confident in yourself as a person and in your professional role. You see solutions in work challenges, have good communication skills, are proactive, and can work with us to contribute to a continued pleasant work environment. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, as well as a driver's license with B-category authorization, is required. Knowledge of the Take Care medical records system and the MBX telephone system is desirable.
