Working Hours and Employment Level: We currently need an additional nursing assistant for our pleasant night team. This position is a temporary assignment. You can start immediately and the assignment runs until January 31, 2027. Salary: Salary by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. During a shift, you are responsible for 20 residents distributed on one floor. You are not always on the same floor as our night staff rotate between our four floors. Where you will be is determined in consultation with each other when the shift begins. You will need to document in the journal system and be able to write any incident reports. This means you must be comfortable with computers. Together with your colleagues, you distribute the night's tasks and communicate with the on-call nurse if needed. Examples of Work Tasks: Be a contact person and responsible for your clients' needs at night. Follow up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plans. Receive medication delegation from the registered nurse (SSK) Document in the journal system. Who Are You? We are looking for you who is a team player – a person who is responsible and enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the bigger picture and you are not afraid to take initiative. You are accustomed to documentation and work with quality as your guiding principle. Experience with person-centered work is a merit, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook. We are Looking for You Who: Are a trained nursing assistant. Possess good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. It is an advantage if you have: Experience working in elderly care or home care services Experience working with people with dementia Experience in privately operated services A requirement for starting employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
